Bernard L. Berks, D.O.
Dr. Berks is Board Certified in family practice, with a special interest in Aerospace Medicine, being a designated Senior Medical Examiner for the Federal Aviation Administration. He received his degree from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and performed his internship locally at Grandview Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Berks and his family are longtime residents of our area; he is also known for his interest in collecting and displaying medical and surgical antiques.

Dr. Berks maintains hospital affiliations with Kettering Medical Center, Children's Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital, Miami Valley Hospital, Grandview Hospital and Medical Center, Southview Hospital and Sycamore Hospital. He is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, the American Osteopathic Association, the Ohio Osteopathic Association and the Ohio State Medical Association. He is also a member of the Dayton District Academy of Osteopathic Medicine, and the National Academies of Practice.

Dr. Berks has earned recognition through the Diabetes Recognition Program, co-sponsored by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the American Diabetes Association.
