Welcome to Cornerstone Family Practice, where you’ll find complete family health care and wellness services provided by Dr. Mark Jeffries and an experienced and professional staff. We offer primary care for all ages, as well as comprehensive adult medicine, including high blood pressure, diabetes and cholesterol management, and other vital health issues.

Dr. Jeffries is board certified in osteopathic manual manipulation. Patients can receive a blend of osteopathic manipulation/medical treatments designed to encourage total body health.

Board certified in family practice, Dr. Jeffries has provided care to families throughout the greater Dayton area since 1995. A graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Jeffries received post-doctoral training at the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine and Grandview Hospital and Medical Center, where he is currently Chief of Staff and also served as Chief Resident in family practice. Dr. Jeffries is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians.

Dr. Mark Jeffries has earned recognition through the Diabetes Recognition Program, co-sponsored by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the American Diabetes Association. This voluntary program is designed to recognize physicians, who use evidence-based measures and provide excellent care to their patients with diabetes.
