Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Morris Brown has been practicing in the downtown Dayton area for over 30 years.He and the professional staff of Dayton Primary Care, including Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Diabetic Educator Tiffany Brown, and Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Tanya Dunson, provide complete, personalized care and wellness services for patients of all ages. New patients are always welcome; most major insurance plans are accepted. Nurse Practitioners provide our patients with important health care services.
- In addition to convenient in-office healthcare services, Dr. Brown is one of the few primary physicians providing hospital inpatient care.
- Dr. Brown is a leader in the local medical community in the care and treatment of patients with diabetes and pre-diabetes conditions. He is also recognized nationally for his experience in the treatment of diabetes, and sits on the Medical Advisory Board for Healthcare Disparities for Novo Nordisk.
- Dr. Brown and the staff of Dayton Primary Care also maintain a special interest in the treatment of hypertension.
Dr. Brown received his degree from the Meharry Medical College, Nashville, TN. He performed his internship locally at Wright Patterson AFB Medical Center, and his residency at Miami Valley Hospital and Medical Center. He maintains hospital affiliations with Kettering Medical Center, Miami Valley Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Sycamore Hospital.
