The Providence Diabetes Center offers one of the most comprehensive diabetes instructional programs in our area. It has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education, and by the American Association of Diabetes Educators. In addition to providing complete instruction on every aspect of diabetes self-management, an individual assessment of your learning goals is completed as part of your education program. Individual appointments for meal planning or additional information are available; ongoing follow up and support is provided.
