Carl F. Hoyng, DO
Dr. Hoyng graduated from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. His special interest is in Laboratory Medicine and he is currenty Medical Director of the Providence Medical Laboratory. He was Board Certified in Family Medicine in 1992 by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Hoyng attended the Ohio State University where he completed his B.S. degree in Zoology. He also completed an internship in Medical Technology at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was board certified as an MT (ASCP) by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. He subsequently attended the University of Dayton and completed his M.S. degree in Medical Microbiology in 1974. He was section Head of the Department of Microbiology for five years before starting his D.O. degree at WVSOM in 1980.
Paul A. Martin, DO, FACOFP
Dr. Martin graduated from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. His special interest is in Depression, Bipolar, Diabetes and High Blood Pressure.
Dr. Martin attended the University of Dayton where he completed his undergraduate degree, Cum Laude, in Biology in 1970 and a Masters in Microbiology in 1972. Dr. Martin earned his medical degree, Cum Laude, in 1977 from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, IL.
He was initially Board Certified in Family Medicine in 1986 by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and was most recently Recertified in Family Medicine in 2004. In addition, he has been a Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians since 1997 and a member of the Board of Governors of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians since 2002.
Dr. Martin is a past Chief of Staff of Grandview/Southview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio as well as a past member of the Board of Governors for the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and the Board of Trustees of Midwestern University. He is a Past President of the Ohio Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and Past President of the Ohio Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Hoyng and Dr. Martin have earned recognition through the Diabetes Recognition Program, co-sponsored by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and the American Diabetes Association. Mary Sroga, MS, CRNP
Mary is a graduate of the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Wright State College of Nursing and Health. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
As a nurse practitioner, she has provided both acute and ongoing care to patients of all ages. She has specialized in diabetic management and education. She is an adjunct faculty for Wright State College of Nursing.
She is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and the American College of Nurse Practitioners.
