Gary Hayes, MD
A dedicated Family Practitioner, Dr. Hayes has been in practice in Lebanon for over 37 years. He received his degree from the Kentucky University College of Medicine. He maintains hospital affiliations with Kettering Medical Center and Sycamore Hospital. A longtime resident of the area, Dr. Hayes devotes his time to his practice and family, including five grandchildren.
