A dedicated family physician, Dr. Gary Hayes has been in practice in Lebanon for over 37 years. Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Hayes and the professional staff at Lebanon Medical Group offer complete primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to adults.

Recognizing that true patient care is both a science and an art, Dr. Hayes partners with each patient to encourage long-term health and wellness. He and his staff to go beyond symptom management--they provide special care and treatment that promotes complete well-being. Each patient is provided time and attention during each visit, with an emphasis on continuity of care for each family member.

A longtime resident of the area, Dr. Hayes devotes his time to his practice and family, including five grandchildren. Dr. Hayes received his degree from the Kentucky University College of Medicine, and performed his internship at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, GA. He maintains hospital affiliations with Kettering Medical Center and Sycamore Hospital.
