Tai Chi/Qi Gong classes given by Dr. James Barry
Tai Chi/Qi Gong is a 10 week course to improve internal balance and health. It is of benefit to healthy people and people with chronic health issues. Based on slow movements and breathing, energy can be improved. It is excellent for stress reduction and helpful for those who are dieting. Courses are given at the YMCA in Springboro and at Sycamore Hospital (Kettering Wellness Program):
Springboro YMCA: Mondays, Jan.9 through March 12, 8:20 to 9:30 p.m.; and Mondays, March 19 through May 21, 8:20 to 9:30 p.m.
Sycamore Hospital (Community Room): Thursdays, Jan. 12 through March 15, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.; and Thursdays, March 22 through May 24, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
