Rick Gebhart, DO and Donna Vogel, CNP have left Crossroads Medical Center to establish a new practice as part of the Kettering Physician Network. Their practice is located at the old Crossroads Medical Center office at 505 Corporate Center Drive; phone 937-619-0050, fax 937-619-0059.

The professional staff also includes board certified Family Nurse Practitioners Michelle Katterheinrich and Wendy Wolfe, and Certified Physician Assistant Sullivan Doumont.

Dr. Lawrence Ratcliff is a board-certified family physician, and has been serving the healthcare needs of area families for over thirty-five years. He is a graduate of Wayne State University's medical college, and performed his residency at Grant Hospital in Columbus, OH. He maintains hospital affiliations locally with Good Samaritan Hospital, Children's Medical Center, Kettering Medical Center, and Sycamore Hospital.
As a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Katterheinrich provides complete clinical care — including treatment of illness and injuries, routine check-ups, disease prevention, and diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions for all ages.
Our professional staff includes Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Wendy Wolfe. Wendy provides complete clinical care, including treatment of illness and injuries, disease prevention, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and annual wellness visits. Wendy also has specialized training in cardiac nursing.
As a care provider with over 17 years experience, Wendy Wolfe plays an important role in actively counseling our patients on ways to better manage their own health to help assure long-term wellness.
Sullivan Doumont, PA-C, provides primary care to our patients, and is a valuable addition to our care team. As a Certified Physician Assistant, Sullivan performs medical histories, conducts physical exams, diagnoses and treats many illnesses, counsels on preventive care and assists our providers in many other important ways.
